Guten Tag!

Way back in the day when Hubsters and I were first married and lived in Logan,

we had these amazing friends named Jake and Jaclyn.

Jake is Nick's cousin, and Jaclyn is from a small Wyoming town like myself, so we really hit it off.

Jaclyn and I even played church and intermural basketball together. Our team name was "The Shortcakes" and Jake and Nick were our only biggest fans!

Anywho - fast forward a few years - now Jake and Jaclyn live across the world. Germany to be exact.

They have two cute-as-button kids.

We were fortunate enough to meet up with them this week for some chicken nuggets and a game of "whonoo."

And even got a few snapshots of the kids together:

It was little Noah's nap-time (as you could probably guess from the pictures), but aren't they just cute together.
Perhaps next time they play it will be in Germany - wouldn't that be "erstaunlich" (amazing)??
